Nextronics has 5 existing plating lines. With its current
pollution control capacity, the factory could expand to maximum 10 lines.
In addition, Nextronics has an on-line test lab to ensure the quality
of the plating contacts is carefully inspected. For its capability,
Nextronics could do gold plating as thick as 50 micro inches and PdNi
Plating as thick as 30 micro inches. To meet the international environmental
standard, Nextronics' plating lines are compliant with RoHS. Meeting
world standards and customers' specifications are Nextronics' missions.
