Achievements of Social Engagement Programs Over the Years
In 2025 the Company continued to expand its social engagement, contributing people and resources to the community, disadvantaged groups and society at large, with a total investment of NT$530,000.
In terms of social care, at the Dragon Boat Festival we worked with "Buy Directly from Farmers" to play our small part in addressing Taiwan's pesticide problem and restoring the value of rural communities, supporting artisan farmers who produce seasonal fruit, vegetables, meat and seafood organically or in environmentally friendly ways — fulfilling our shared-value responsibility across corporate governance, employee care, environmental friendliness, community support and customer relations.
For the Mid-Autumn Festival, gift boxes were sourced from the Genesis Social Welfare Foundation — premium Shingo pear gift boxes from the foundation's Shigang, Taichung facility. The foundation serves people with intellectual disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and other multiple disabilities accompanied by intellectual disability, while the fruit in the gift boxes is grown by local smallholders in Shigang, Taichung.
The Company actively supports disadvantaged community groups and smallholder farmers, combining Dragon Boat and Mid-Autumn Festival gifting with practical action in support of Taiwan, demonstrating its corporate social responsibility and spirit of care.

Nextron values its connection with the local community, fostering a mutually supportive relationship with residents. Through fundraising, donations, and volunteer services, we actively contribute to improving community well-being and enhancing our company’s recognition.
For instance, Nextron has supported special education at Jinlong Elementary School by contributing over NT$200,000 in the past four years. These funds have supported school events, professional music therapy, and specialized teaching aids for special education students. By 2023, the first group of 20 supported students successfully advanced to junior high school.
Many Nextron employees come from the local area, and their involvement in these initiatives strengthens morale, fosters meaningful connections, and enhances recruitment and retention while reinforcing our positive image.
Nextron values environmental protection, labor safety & health, and has obtained OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 certifications.
1. We promote resource reuse and recycling to reduce waste.
2. We implement energy-saving policies and purchase equipment to fulfill our energy conservation responsibilities.
3. We organize environmental protection activities and invite our directors, supervisors, employees, and their families to participate in promoting environmental education.
