Communication Strategy

Sound stakeholder communication channels are essential to supporting the Company's sustainable development. To respond to stakeholder views more quickly and in line with their expectations, the Company identifies its internal and external stakeholder groups based on how closely each relates to the Company's operations and growth.

In line with the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000 SES), and following discussion by the Sustainable Development Team, the Company identified six key stakeholder groups: employees, investors, customers, suppliers, banks, and government agencies.
