Regulatory Compliance
To implement integrity management, the Company has adopted a Code of Ethical Conduct and Integrity Management Guidelines. All personnel, including directors, managers and employees, are required to understand and observe professional ethics, and to strictly follow internal management and business conduct rules to prevent and eliminate dishonest behavior, maintaining the foundation for sustainable development.
Internal Control and Audit
- Implementation Methods:
- The Company has established accounting and internal control systems and reviews their effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
- Before entering a business relationship, the Company assesses the counterparty's legality and integrity policies to ensure its business practices are fair and transparent.
- (1) To implement integrity management, internal auditors regularly review compliance with the accounting and internal control systems.
- (2) The Company's Rules of Procedure for Board Meetings provide for director recusal on conflicts of interest, and prohibit directors from exercising another director's voting rights by proxy.
- (3) The Company holds internal training on the Integrity Management Guidelines each year, communicating its integrity requirements to senior management and all employees in order to implement integrity management and ethical conduct.

面向 Result Scope In 2025 the Company held internal training required under the Integrity Management Guidelines (including employee code of conduct training for new hires, integrity management and ethics training, and insider trading training), communicating the Company's integrity requirements to senior management and all employees.
Participants / Hours A total of 58 participants and 168 person-hours of training during the year.
Implementation Methods The General Management Division is the unit responsible for integrity management, handling revisions to and implementation of the integrity management procedures and conduct guidelines, and reporting regularly to the Board.
Implementation Status Integrity management performance for 2025 was reported to the Board on December 17, 2025.
