Integrity Management
To implement integrity management, the Company has adopted a Code of Ethical Conduct and Integrity Management Guidelines. All personnel, including directors, managers and employees, are required to understand and observe professional ethics, and to strictly follow internal management and business conduct rules to prevent and eliminate dishonest behavior, maintaining the foundation for sustainable development.
Integrity Management Philosophy and Responsibility:
The Company operates on principles of integrity, transparency and accountability. We have established sound corporate governance and risk management mechanisms and comply with the Company Act, the Securities and Exchange Act, the Business Entity Accounting Act, listing regulations and other commercial laws as the foundation for integrity management.

(1) For investors, Company information is disclosed on the Market Observation Post System in a timely, public and transparent manner. - (2) For employees, regular training and outreach ensure a full understanding of the Company's integrity policy, commitment and management mechanisms.
- (3) With customers and suppliers, we maintain honest interaction and conduct business openly, transparently and on a basis of mutual trust.
