Whistleblowing system
Our company has established a whistleblowing system to promote public interest and corporate responsibility. The system encourages reporting of misconduct, protects whistleblowers, and strengthens corporate governance. Reports can be submitted to a dedicated independent unit via a designated email address nextronics@nextron.com.tw.
Personal Data Protection Policy
This Personal Data Protection Policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, or used by the Company in the course of its operations, including but not limited to the following categories:
1. Customers and Potential Customers
This includes personal data of customers who have business dealings with the Company, potential customers, customer contact persons, and related personnel.
2. Suppliers and Business Partners
This includes contact persons or related personnel of suppliers, contractors, agents, distributors, consultants, and strategic partners.
3. Employees and Job Applicants
This includes current employees, former employees, job applicants, interns, and necessary personnel-related data.
4. Visitors and Other Stakeholders
This includes personal data of visitors, investors, shareholders, media representatives, and other individuals related to the Company’s operations.
The Company’s Administrative Services Department is the authority responsible for personal data protection. It is in charge of policy formulation, process supervision, legal compliance, education and training, as well as reporting and handling personal data incidents.
Quantitative Data on Implementation for the Current Year
1. Notification of Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data
All new employees and interviewees are required to complete a notification form regarding the collection, processing, and use of personal data. In Year 114, a total of 40 forms were completed, accounting for 34% of all interviewees (118 interviewees, 40 new hires).
2. Incident Response and Risk Management
In Year 114, there were 0 incidents of violations of the Personal Data Protection Act.
3. Education and Training Status
In Year 2025, a total of 40 new employees received training on the personal data protection policy. In addition, 136 existing employees participated in 2-hour personal data protection training sessions.
